Our story
Born in West Africa. Made for America.
Henry was a man who believed food was love. In his West African village, he grew his own peppers, mixed his own spices, and turned every meal into a memory. He never called it a recipe. He called it home.
This sauce is his legacy — finally bottled.
The origin
“My father Henry never measured anything. He said the hands know when it’s right.”
Growing up in West Africa, Henry spent his life perfecting a pepper sauce that neighbors would travel across the village to taste. It wasn’t just about heat — it was about depth, soul, and the kind of flavor that makes people stop talking mid-sentence.
When his family came to America, one thing didn’t make the journey easily: that sauce. The US market was full of vinegar bottles and pepper extract — nothing that came close to what Henry made with his hands, his Jamaican Habanero peppers, and his West African spice tradition.
Henry J’s Hot Sauce is our answer to that absence. A promise to our father. A gift to every American table that deserves something real.
Henry’s recipe was refined over decades — not invented in a test kitchen for a marketing brief.
Real Habanero peppers. Real West African spices. Every ingredient earns its place.
Every jar carries the same intention Henry had: make people feel something when they eat.
West African heritage meets Habanero power — brought together for the American kitchen.
